Shipping timeline & order policy

At Auric, we’re scaling thoughtfully as we transition from limited pilot production to larger demand-led manufacturing.

To ensure quality, performance, and consistency, orders placed from 30 January 2026 will be allocated to our May–June 2026 production and shipping window.

This approach allows us to maintain rigorous testing and calibration as we scale, while giving customers certainty around delivery.

As production volumes increase, shipping windows will continue to tighten. Our goal is to move toward dispatch within a 10-day window as we progress through 2026.

Once you place your order:

• You’ll receive confirmation and welcome emails securing your place in the May–June 2026 delivery window
• We’ll share regular updates, behind-the-scenes progress, and guided content to help you prepare for your Auric experience
• As a thank you for your patience, customers in this window will receive a special gift

Refunds & flexibility

• You may cancel your order at any time before shipping for a full refund
• Alternatively, you can convert your order into credit toward Auric Oils or future products
