The Super Connect for Good Competition, co-founded and co-designed by Empact Ventures and Hays, has been recognizing and connecting groundbreaking startups and scale-ups since 2020. The initiative aims to foster collaboration between innovative tech companies and various stakeholders, including corporates, SMEs, funders, and the public sector. The competition has expanded its reach from the UK and Ireland to Europe, and annually publishes a Tech for Good report profiling the Top 100 Innovation Finalists.

The Super Connect for Good competition focuses on "Tech for Good," which is defined as a responsible approach to technology aimed at addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges.
