2. Pre-Order Price and Payment
The Pre-Order Price for the Auric AromaSphere Diffuser, inclusive of 8 Pre-loaded Essential Oils and access to the Auric Mobile App, is AUD 299. Payment is required in full at the time of pre-ordering to secure your early access to the Product as part of this limited offer.
3. Refund and Credit Policy
Given the limited number of devices being manufactured and the timeline for the Product’s availability, we offer the following options should you decide to cancel your pre-order:
• Refund: A full refund of the Pre-Order Price if the Product has not been shipped.
• Credit: Convert your Pre-Order Price into credit for purchasing Auric Oils or other Auric products.
4. Product Availability and Shipping
The current expected shipping month for the Auric AromaSphere Diffuser is August 2025. We commit to holding your pre-order for up to one year from the date of purchase. If we cannot fulfill your order within this timeframe, we will automatically issue a refund unless you opt for a credit as described above. This is not a Kickstarter offer.
